Twin twisted flexible wire refers to the cable of one flexible insulated core twisted with another flexible insulated core with the voltage 300/500V. commonly known as "flower line", at this stage, this kind of wire is mostly used in fire protection system, also called "fire line". They are specially suitable for application:
● For the detector circuit of the fire alarm automatic alarm system
● For household appliances, small power tools, instrumentation and power lighting.Double white core is used for direct connection to the lamp line;red and blue core is used for fire protection,alarm etc.,red and white core is used for broadcasting and telephone line; red and black core is used for broadcasting line.
● For connect the amplifier and audio equipment, and the broadcast system transmits the audio signal amplified by the power amplifier

Twin twisted flexible wire refers to the cable of one flexible insulated core twisted with another flexible insulated core with the voltage 300/500V. commonly known as "flower line", at this stage, this kind of wire is mostly used in fire protection system, also called "fire line".
A 2 core twisted pair shielded cable comprises of two separate insulated copper wires, which are twisted together and run in parallel. One of the wires is used to transmit data and the other is the ground reference. For light or medium-size home appliances, instrument & meters, and power-driven lighting.

Conductors: Class 5 of plain annealed flexible stranded copper in accordance with IEC 60228.
Insulation: Polyvinyl chloride PVC
Colour of Sheath: White-White; Red-Blue;Red-White;Red-Black;Red-Yellow etc.;
Voltage Rating (Uo/U): 300/300V
Test Voltage: 2kV for 5 minutes

Maximal operating conductor Temperature: up to 70℃(PVC insulation); up to 90℃(XLPE insulation)
Operating Temperature Range: -5℃(PVC or LSZH sheath); -20℃(PE sheath)
Short Circuit Temperature(5 seconds maximum duration): 140℃-160℃(PVC insulation);250℃(XLPE insulation)
