Applications
The H05V-K and H07V-K cables are color-coded PVC sheathed, copper single-core stranded wires. Specially suitable for application in:

PVC Insulated Flexible Cable
Insulated conductor is used for laying in electric-installation tubes, under and on plaster installation in dry rooms and in closed installation conduits. Direct laying in cable guides is not permitted. Also applied for internal wiring of distribution and switching boxes equipment. H07V-K wire implements the standards GB/T5023, equivalent to IEC60227. And H07V-K cable can also be made complying with ASTM, DIN, BS standards etc.
Construction
Description: H05V-K&H07V-K, PVC Insulated Copper flexible Cable
Conductors: Class 5 of plain annealed flexible stranded copper in accordance with IEC 60228.
Insulation: Polyvinyl chloride PVC
Colour of Sheath: Any Colour
Voltage Rating (Uo/U) H05V-K: 300/500V H07V-K:450/750V
Test Voltage H05V-K: 2kV for 5 minutes H07V-K: 2.5kV for 5 minutes
Physical Properties
Maximal operating conductor Temperature: up to 70℃(PVC insulation); up to 90℃(XLPE insulation)
Operating Temperature Range: -5℃(PVC or LSZH sheath); -20℃(PE sheath)
Short Circuit Temperature(5 seconds maximum duration): 140℃-160℃(PVC insulation);250℃(XLPE insulation)
