The 0.6/1 KV CU/XPLE/PVC cable plays a vital role in low-voltage power transmission and distribution, widely applied in building,industrial, and infrastructure settings to ensure the reliability and safety of power systems. This Power Cable with stranded compacted copper conductor(CU), cross-linked polyethylene insulation (XPLE), and a polyvinyl chloride sheath (PVC). For fixed installation in interiors,outdoor installation,in soil,in water and concrete,if no posterior mechanical damage is to be expected.
Construction
Description: N2XY, XLPE Insulated Copper Power Cable
Conductors: Class 1 or Class 2 of plain copper,or of Class 5 of plain copper in accordance with IEC 60228.
Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene XLPE
Insulation Colour: Natural or as required
Filler: Non-hygroscopic Material
Outer Sheath: Extruded Polyvinyl Chloride PVC&Polyethylene PE&LSZH
Colour of Sheath: Black
Voltage Rating (Uo/U): 600/1000V Test Voltage: 3.5kV for 5 minutes
Physical Properties
Maximal operating conductor Temperature: up to 70℃(PVC insulation); up to 90℃(XLPE insulation)
Operating Temperature Range: -5℃(PVC or LSZH sheath); -20℃(PE sheath)
Short Circuit Temperature(5 seconds maximum duration): 140℃-160℃(PVC insulation);250℃(XLPE insulation)
