600/1000V,XLPE Insulated Cables, With steel armoured,PVC Sheath

NA2XBY cables are designed for local distribution systems and for delivering power and auxiliary control in the building and construction industry with a voltage rating of 0.6/1kV.The NA2XBY is resistant to mechanical stresses as a result of the double layer of galvanized steel tape armour applied to the cable. The STA provides improved flexibility compared to round steel wires or other more rigid armouring.

With a flame retardant PVC outer sheath, the NA2XBY cable is suitable for fixed installations internally. The UV resistance makes external applications also permissible.  0.6/1 KV AL/XPLE/STA/PVC cable plays a vital role in low-voltage power transmission and distribution, widely applied in building,industrial, and infrastructure settings to ensure the reliability and safety of power systems. This Power Cable with stranded compacted copper conductor is composed of aluminum conductor (AL), cross-linked polyethylene insulation (XPLE), steel tape armoring for mechanical protection and a polyvinyl chloride sheath (PVC). For fixed installation in interiors,outdoor installation,in soil and concrete,if no posterior mechanical damage is to be expected.

Description: NA2XBY, XLPE Insulated Aluminum Power Cable   

Conductors: Class 1 or Class 2 of plain aluminum,or of Class 5 of plain aluminum in accordance with IEC 60228.

Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene XLPE

Insulation Colour: Natural or as required

Filler:  Non-hygroscopic Material

Inner Sheath: Polyvinyl Chloride PVC

Outer Sheath: Extruded Polyvinyl Chloride PVC&Polyethylene PE&LSZH

Colour of Sheath:  Black

Voltage Rating (Uo/U): 600/1000V       Test Voltage: 3.5kV for 5 minutes

Physical Properties

Maximal operating conductor Temperature: up to 70℃(PVC insulation); up to 90℃(XLPE insulation)

Operating Temperature Range: -5℃(PVC or LSZH sheath); -20℃(PE sheath)

Short Circuit Temperature(5 seconds maximum duration): 140℃-160℃(PVC insulation);250℃(XLPE insulation)
