Applications
The NA2XRH and NA2XRY are aluminium power cables with a voltage rating of 600/1000V designed to withstand harsh operating conditions and mechanical stresses. They are suitable for use in:
● Power and auxiliary fixed wiring cables
● Power networks
● Underground
● Outdoor and indoor devices
These power cables have a steel wire armour providing mechanical protection and making them suitable for underground installations.

Details
AL/XLPE/SWA/PVC Cable
AL/XLPE/SWA/PVC Armoured Power Cables are the perfect choice when you need the toughest and most durable armoured cable for power distribution and transmission. Aluminium stranded conductors with a layer of steel wire armoured (SWA), sheathed in polyethylene (XLPE) thermosetting insulation, and hard-wearing PVC(for the NA2XRY) or LSZH materials (for NA2XRH), these armoured cables can withstand twisting, crushing, impacts, temperature extremes, moisture, chemical hazards, and more. They're suitable for use in a range of environments, from industrial and manufacturing facilities to construction,which is used to connect equipment rated to 90℃. Where the cable is being used to connect equipment rated to 70℃, the NAYRY cable with PVC insulation may be considered.
The NA2XRH cables' halogen-free flame retardant outer sheath makes it suitable for installations in public places where in the event of fire there would be considerable risk to life and sensitive equipment. This range is widely used in public buildings such as hotels, schools, high constructions and hospitals. It is also used in refineries and data centers.
Construction
Description: NA2XRY, XLPE Insulated Copper Power Cable
Conductors: Class 1 or Class 2 of plain Aluminum,or of Class 5 of plain aluminum in accordance with IEC 60228.
Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene XLPE
Insulation Colour: Natural or as required
Filler: Non-hygroscopic Material
Inner Sheath: Polyvinyl Chloride PVC
Reinforcement: Steel Wire
Outer Sheath: Extruded Polyvinyl Chloride PVC&Polyethylene PE&LSZH
Colour of Sheath: Black
Voltage Rating (Uo/U): 600/1000V Test Voltage: 3.5kV for 5 minutes
Physical Properties
Maximal operating conductor Temperature: up to 70℃(PVC insulation); up to 90℃(XLPE insulation)
Operating Temperature Range: -5℃(PVC or LSZH sheath); -20℃(PE sheath)
Short Circuit Temperature(5 seconds maximum duration): 140℃-160℃(PVC insulation);250℃(XLPE insulation)
