N2XSEBY medium voltage power cable, CU/XLPE/CWS/PVC/STA/PVC Cable

 N2XSEBY(CU/XPLE/STA/PVC )medium voltage power cable with stranded compacted copper conductor is composed of copper conductor (CU), cross-linked polyethylene insulation (XPLE), Copper tape or copper wire screen, steel tape armoring for mechanical protection and a polyvinyl chloride sheath (PVC). N2XSEBY cables are suitable for for distribution networks,in fixed installation outdoors in cable ducts or directly in the ground, it widely used in transformer stations, electric power plants and industrial plants.

Conductor Screen: Non-metallic,semi-conducting compound

Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene XLPE

Insulation Screen: Non-metallic,semi-conducting compound

Metallic Screen: Copper Tape Screend or Copper Wire Screened

Filler: Non-hygroscopic Material

Binder Tape: Non-hygroscopic Material

Armouring: Steel Tape Armour

Outer Sheath: Polyvinyl Chloride PVC&Polyethylene PE&LSZH

Physical Properties

Operating Temperature: up to 70℃(PVC insulation); up to 90℃(XLPE insulation)

Temperature Range: -5℃(PVC or LSZH sheath); -20℃(PE sheath)

Short Circuit Temperature(5 seconds maximum duration): 140℃-160℃(PVC insulation);250℃(XLPE insulation)

Nominal Voltages:U0/U 1.8/3kV , 6/10 kV, 12/20 kV, 18/30 kV
